Here is a little insight on one of my in progress mushroom landscapes. I decided to make the mushroom gnome more visible. My previous story was that the gnomes became part of the environment but I think the story will have more potential with the characters more prominent. I think in each environment, if you can spot the gnomes, he will have similar markings on his mushroom head as the mushrooms near his home has.
